Our Performance Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the clean, undamaged item within 30 days of receipt. We will replace or exchange the item up to the full purchase price of the product. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipment Policy
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement. Shipping methods will vary depending on customer location and specifications. Credit cards will be billed when order is processed. Partial orders will be charged upon shipment.

Payment Acceptance
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via mail, telephone, and e-mail (PayPal) . We will also accept certified and personal checks and money orders. All personal checks must include current preprinted name, address and phone number. All forms of payment must include the full price on the order including shipping and handling charges before any shipment can be made. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders accepted.

Temporary Out-of-stock Items
At times, due to manufacturer's unavailability or high demand for certain products, your order or a portion of it may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 30 days. Partial shipments may be made and you will not be charged for additional shipping costs.
