The Presidential Pet Museum was founded as a repository and means of preserving information, artifacts, and items related to the Presidential Pets. After 5 years of steady growth The Presidential Pet Museum has moved to it's new location at 51 Maryland Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland in 2007 and is now open to the public for all to view and enjoy. Over 500 items of interest are displayed for lovers of pets, Presidents and pet trivia.

The Presidential Pet Museum is located in Annapolis' historic district, just steps away from the US Naval Academy and the historic Maryland State Capitol building.

From Washington, DC
Take US Route 50 (New York Avenue) East for approximately 35 miles to Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Rowe Boulevard and drive straight ahead for approximately one mile across two bridges. You will see the Capitol building dome ahead of you so bear left at the fork to continue going straight towards the capital (Rowe Blvd. turns into Bladen St.).  The road will dead-end onto College Ave. Turn left and then right on St. Johns Street, go around the circle right onto Maryland Avenue will be one block down on the right. 

From Baltimore
Take either Interstate 97 South until it merges with US Route 50 East. Proceed to Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Rowe Boulevard and follow the above instructions.

From the Eastern Shore
Take US Route 50 West to Exit 24 and head toward Historic Annapolis. Now on Rowe Boulevard, follow the above instructions under "From Washington".
