President Bush's dog Spot is an 11-year old English Springer Spaniel. She passed away this year and is sorely missed by the White House Staff and her owners. She is the daughter of former President George Bush's dog, Millie. She was born in the White House on March 17, 1989 and is the only second-generation presidential pet in history. She liked dry dog food and use to sleeps on a chair in the First Couple's bedroom.
