The Presidential Pet Museum collects and exhibits items and memorabilia pertaining to the Presidential Pets from George Washington to George Bush. We can act as a resouce for anyone interested in reseaching, writing or learning about their history. We are glad to help with the most trivial of questions. We are working to expand our capabilities as a resouce for Pet rescues. Your donation is most needed and welcome.

The Presidential Pet Museum emphasizes responsible pet ownership and promotes the welfare of the animals that enrich our lives.

Today, The Presidential Pet Museum, with humble beginnings, offers an experience that is enjoyable, interesting, and educational. Staff is on hand to enhance the visit. The exhibits teach us about the tapestry of the Presidency as a woven thread of ordinary men doing extraordinary things, and brings this to light often through the animals that shared a moment in history with them.

Presidential Museum Foundation, a 501c3, non-profit corporation, facilitates and provides support, raises funds, conducts classes and activities, encourages membership, and works to perpetuate, expand, and improve the Presidential Pet Museum. It oversees the Pet Museum's collection and assures that the concept is represented responsibly and displayed uniquely and educationally.
